Refund policy

Returns
Returns must be made within 15 days from date of delivery of items. When returning item(s), send your return back to us the most economical way, and we will refund your purchase once we receive it. Please enclose the packing slip and note the reason for the return. 

Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of delivery of items. When exchanging items, send your exchange back to us the most economical way, and we will send the replacement item(s) once we receive it. Please enclose the packing slip and indicate the new item(s) you are requesting.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on clearance items, gift cards, and special orders.
